The ITIL 4th edition identifies how IT Service Management has evolved while covering the key elements, concepts and terminology of ITIL. This intensive instructor-led course is aimed at anyone wishing to gain the qualification.
Anticipate approximately 4 hours of pre-course reading prior to attending the course. Evening work will be required throughout the course.
ITIL 4 Foundation enables candidates to look at IT Service Management through an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services.
