About This Course

Learn how to assess and inspect facility needs.

This Facility Management Professional course focuses on operations and maintenance and is one of the four foundational courses that make up the FMP credential program. The program is designed to meet the facility management profession’s challenges and provide a standardized, consistent and high-quality learning experience.

The program includes comprehensive print materials, interactive online study tools and online FMP final assessments. Access to the program expires two years from the date it was activated. Courses in the program may be taken in any order.

There are four courses in the IFMA FMP Credential Program:

Enroll in all four courses for $4380 ($1095/course which is a 14% discount). IFMA™ Member pricing for each course is $1000.
