We offer all seven HCRA-approved required competency courses under the New Home Construction Licensing Act (NHCLA). Each course includes the exam, which can be completed online at a time of your choosing once you have completed the course. Our courses are 1 or 2-day virtual classes led by a qualified instructor.
HCRA Competency Exams (formerly Tarion) are done online using the Honorlock virtual proctoring system. You can complete the exams in the comfort and safety of a location of your choice, and at a time that’s most convenient to you.
