About This Course

Explore the fundamental elements of Agile management, including the key processes involved in initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing a project using this methodology.

This two-day course will give participants an intermediate understanding of Agile project management processes and the knowledge and skills that are required to be successful in the field.

You will benefit from exercises and case studies that will allow you to apply what you are learning in class, as well as a skilled facilitator who brings years of project management experience to the course.
