About This Course

The project manager is responsible for managing the project team and physical resources as well as collaborating and communicating with key stakeholders. Learn best practices and approaches to identify and analyze stakeholders, communicate effectively with them, and to develop, equip and lead the project team to success. Learn and apply core skills.

A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) is the Project Management Institute’s flagship publication and is a fundamental resource for effective project management in any industry. It is recommended that students purchase the Project Management Institute’s A Guide to the Project Management  Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) Seventh Edition. The PMBOK® textbook is required for anyone seeking their Project Management Essentials certificate (all seven courses).
